I am fortunate to have almost all of my family living here as well. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing from California State University, Fresno in 2004. I was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, Order of Omega Honor Society and the Armenian Student's Organization. I have been a real estate licensee since Spring of 2003 and have been an active Realtor since June of 2004. In December of 2005, I received my Real Estate Broker's License and proudly work as a Broker-Associate at Realty Concepts. From November of 2007 until the present I have been specializing in bank-owned (REO/Foreclosure) listings and also work with traditional, short sales and Buyers of all kinds. I pride myself in being organized, tech-savvy, personable and a problem-solver. I have been a Local Listing Broker that markets and lists HUD Homes since 9/2010. Just Sold roundup! I’ve had 4 sales since 8/31, and these are 3 of them. I’m thankful for listing HUD Homes, it’s been around 60% of my business this year. I also had an off market sale recently in 93730 not mentioned in the slides from an awesome repeat client. The market may be kind of weird right now, but there are still deals closing and people looking to buy and sell. As my Uncle John always says “Different markets offer different challenges…AND opportunities”. I’m looking forward to closing 2 more HUD listings this week, and I *think* my over extended listing that’s 11 weeks past the original close date *might* be closing soon as well.🙏🏼
