Here’s a few tips to employ 6-12 months before buying a home...
1. Don’t finance a car purchase.
2. Don’t lease a car.
3. Know and monitor your credit score

5. Locate your previous year’s tax returns.
6. Save some money.
7. Stay current on any payments.
8. Reduce your Credit Card debt.
9. Don’t buy the latest phones/gadgets. It can wait.
