🏡 What is waiving inspection?

In today’s competitive market, you might hear buyers say they’re “waiving inspection” to win a house.

But what does that actually mean?

Waiving inspection means the buyer is giving up their right to conduct a home inspection after the offer is accepted.

When a buyer waives inspection, they are agreeing to purchase the property as-is, without requesting repairs or backing out due to inspection findings.

So why would someone do that?

Because in multiple-offer situations, removing contingencies can make an offer stronger and more attractive to the seller.

However… it’s not always the right move.

Every situation is different. The key is having strategy, not pressure.

Cada vez que aplicas para crédito, tu puntaje puede bajar y tu perfil financiero cambia.

Aunque la cuota sea “pequeña”, esa nueva deuda puede afectar tu aprobación final.

❌ 3. Aumentar el balance de tus tarjetas
