Luke Adams always enjoys helping out the students participating in mock trial. The mock trial program helps ignite interest in the legal system for many high school students who will become future attorneys.

Tisdal & O'Hara is proud to introduce the newest addition to our firm, Stacy Hill.

Stacy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cameron University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing. He graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2018 and began working as an Oklahoma District 2 Assistant District Attorney shortly thereafter. In February 2023, Stacy joined the team at Tisdal & O’Hara, PLLC, in our Clinton office. His areas of practice include Ad Valorem Tax Litigation, Oil and Gas Law, Estate Planning and Probates, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and General Litigation. Stacy enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Mart Tisdal of Tisdal & O’Hara in Clinton has been named Best Lawyers’ Oklahoma City Oil and Gas Law “Lawyer of the Year” a record 4 times. Mr. Tisdal has been named Best Lawyers’ 2023 Oklahoma City Oil and Gas Law “Lawyer of the Year.” He also won this prestigious award in the years 2011, 2013, and 2017 making him the only lawyer in the State of Oklahoma to have received this award 4 times. Tisdal and O’Hara were proud to sponsor the Oklahoma Bar Foundation 75th anniversary gala, Diamonds and Disco at the First Americans Museum recently. Partner Luke Adams serves as an OBF Trustee. He and wife Erin (pictured) were in attendance with Patner Pat O’Hara and associate Justin Tharp.
The OBF funds law related nonprofit organizations, court improvements, and law school scholarships.

The Law Offices of Tisdal & O’Hara, PLLC, are in need of a full-time legal secretary at its Clinton, Oklahoma, office. The job duties include answering phones; receiving clients; preparing court documents and forms; managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything runs smoothly and transcribing and proof-reading legal documents, among other things. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A college degree is preferred. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, insurance and 401K.
