Congrats to Jeff Adams for over 30 years of work at Poague, Wall, Cox & Adams, LLC. He started on August 15, 1994, but officially not 30 years as an attorney because the bar results were not announced until later in the fall.

Thanks to Steve Richardson for bringing his 1955 Chevy to the Olde Glory Days to help Poague, Wall, Cox & Adams, LLC celebrate over 150 years of providing legal services. From Haysler Poague, Barkley Brock, Juilus Wall, Ross Eshelman and Bob Cox the tradition carries on with Jeff Adams.

Poague, Wall, Cox & Adams, LLC was pleased to recently present to Shannon Shockley a Missouri High School All-State Basketball book. Many know Coach Shockley for his successful coaching and officating of basketball, but before that he was 1st Team All-State in 1995-96 and 1996-97 at the 3A level for the Clinton Cardinals. Maybe the only 2 time All State basketball player in Clinton history? Who will be next? Joy of sports.

Poague, Wall, Cox & Adams, LLC was pleased to recently present to Dr. Elroy Schumacher a copy of the Missouri High School All-State Basketball book. Elroy was honorable mention in 1970-71 for Cole Camp when there were only 3 classes in MSHSAA. Joy of sports.

Poague, Wall, Cox & Adams, LLC announces the retirement of Thea Wiskur on December 31, 2022 after 43 years of service. Thea started on February 16, 1979. She was hired by Julius Wall and in recent years transitioned to work for Bob Cox and then Jeffery Adams. PWCA celebrated her 40th anniversary a few years ago, but in her way Thea wanted her retirement to be quiet. She is one of many support staff that has helped PWCA serve its clients, but is believed to have the longest support staff service at PWCA since its beginning in 1892. She will be missed. PWCA is thankful to God for her service. Philippians 1:3.

Wall, who passed away 4 years ago on January 2, 2018, Poague, Wall, Cox & Adams, LLC, and the Adams and Wiskur families are pleased to donate to Englewood Cemetery Perpetual Fund, Inc for the benefit of the Jule Wall Memorial Fund to be used for a bronze memorial to recognize his efforts and years of service to the Englewood Cemetery.
