Many East Tennessee families were unknowingly exposed to Manhattan Project nuclear waste, and compensation may be available through the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA).

You do NOT have to have worked at a nuclear site to qualify. If you or a loved one lived, worked, or attended school in affected areas and later developed certain illnesses, you may be entitled to compensation.

There is a filing deadline, so we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to see if you or your family may qualify.

These cases are personal. We take the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and guide you with care and respect.

🎉 Huge congratulations to our very own Emelia Yelencich— she just PASSED THE BAR! ⚖️🎓👏

All the hard work, long nights, and gallons of coffee finally paid off… and we couldn’t be prouder. She’s officially an attorney now.

Also pictured: her dog Cannoli, who contributed absolutely nothing to the studying process except snoring during flashcards and stealing highlighters. 🐶

Anderson County High School is saddened to hear about the passing of long time history teacher and Coach Ricky Elliott. Coach Elliott was a long time teacher in our history department, and may go down as one of the best storytellers to ever walk the halls of Anderson County High School! If you ever had the pleasure of being in one of his classes, you know. We ask that you join us as we pray for Rick‘s family during this difficult time.
