Justice Delayed was not justice denied. After 4 years 5 months and 3 weeks the Macomb Law Group received a $5,344,000 Oakland County Jury Verdict in a wrongful death trial for our client who choked to death because of the negligence of his adult foster care home.

Personal injury attorney James L. Spagnuolo, Jr., of Macomb Law Group has spent his entire legal career working for people suffering from auto accidents and other forms of negligence. Jim began working in personal injury law over 17 years ago, starting as a law clerk during his first year of law school at Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit, Michigan. After passing the Michigan State Bar in 2002, he went on to become partner at a series of law firms before opening the Macomb Law Group in 2017.

James was elected as Director to the Macomb Bar Association in 2019. He is currently in his first term on the Macomb Bar Association Board of Directors.

Personal injury attorney Zachary R. Morgan was elected Director of the Young Lawyers Section in 2020. Zach provides skilled legal services to the victims of motor vehicle and personal injury accidents. Zachary has worked with Attorney Jim Spagnuolo since 2015, first at Bone, Bourbeau, Lizza & Spagnuolo, PLLC, and now at Macomb Law Group. He attended the University of Detroit Mercy for both his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and law school, receiving his J.D. in 2017.
