You see this and think “WOW that’s great” but behind the scene is what really sets me apart from your average agent. Saturday morning I drive to Granville (adorable little town - I met a cow 🐄) 1.5 hours each way for a closing that was under contract forever! I never gave up! Then thru arrangements my son and a friend helped get a stove and a refrigerator at a property after my closing. On Sunday I helped convert an office to a Living Room… I’ll leave it at that! Some are easy but some are not. I never ever give up! I can not thank all my clients for trusting me to the end! If you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell, get in touch!

So today’s challenge is to share a recipe. I was thinking macaroni salad but my son said “or pasta salad.” That was the winner! Although anything I make is always good. I have to honest, I do not follow recipes. Often I wish I did because they never come out the same or as good. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This was amazing! 🤩

Put your hair up. Wash your hands!

Ingredients and preparation:
1lb pasta
1/3 lb hard salami
1/3 lb pepperoni
3/4 diced red onion
Mozzarella Pearls
Three cheese blend Asiago, Parmesan and Romano
Minced garlic
Pepper n salt to taste
Garlic powder
I bottle of Italian dressing
🤫 secret ingredient see in pics. My new favorite on everything.
You can add cherry tomatoes, diced peppers, etc!
Boil the pasta and make sure to not over cook it

Cut up anything that needs to be cut. Mix it all together is a big bowl. Add your seasonings.

A secret:
I freeze the pasta for a bit to get cold to blend in. 🤫

Camping is tiring! I’m sticking it out though. ⛺️🔥
What I can tell you is that I have helped a client/friend clean their house because they had family coming. I dropped off a new tenant after meeting her at a rental. She loved it! Being so hot and she had no ac so I got one out of my basement and brought it her her along with a little table and chairs, 2 air mattresses and toilet paper (she better put it on the right way) She is an EMT working 2 jobs, while going school to be a pharmacist and the relocation got changed last minute. My son and I spruced up a listing outside and cleaned the basement apartment so it will shows better. A two day job!

So while im cheating on my actual daily challenge you can clearly see im doing what being a great realtor is not just getting you to the closing table.

This is my son who I could not be more proud of! Almost 8 months sober and I feel like I’m getting to know him a little more each and every Blessed Day! I’m beyond proud and so thankful.
