When it comes to anything involving kids and families going through hard things… it just hits differently.

That’s a big part of why I decided to do the Big Climb this year, supporting Blood Cancer United. No family should have to face a blood cancer diagnosis without support, resources, and hope.

I’m climbing for the families in the middle of the fight—and for the ones who have been through it.

🏡 Saratoga County Market Update – March 2026

The market is still moving FAST 👇

We’re currently sitting at just 1.89 months of inventory, meaning if no new homes came on the market, everything would be sold in under 2 months. That’s a very strong seller’s market 💥

Here’s what we’re seeing:
• 243 new listings (more options for buyers 👀)
• Average days on market: 29
• Median days on market: just 7 days 🔥
• Average sale price: $582,428 (⬆️ over 10% from last year)

👉 What this means:
Sellers still have the advantage, but buyers are starting to see slightly more opportunity as inventory grows.

Groundhog Day, celebrated on February 2, comes from ancient European folklore tied to Candlemas Day, when people looked to weather patterns to predict the length of winter. German settlers brought the tradition to Pennsylvania, swapping hedgehogs for groundhogs. 🧠

Is there science behind it? Not really—groundhogs are right only about 35–40% of the time. Still, the tradition lives on as a fun reminder that spring is on its way. 🌱
