Burns, Henry & Kirksey (“BHK”) is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support attorneys Travis Henry and Bryce Kirksey in our Cleveland office.

This role is a key bridge between our legal and title operations, providing direct support on real estate transactions, probate matters, estate planning, foreclosures, and quiet title actions. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment. You’ll be trusted to manage files, draft legal documents, and communicate directly with clients, all while delivering exceptional service.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, relational, and highly organized, with a true heart for helping people through important transactions. Client experience is our top priority, and this role is ideal for a seasoned professional who takes ownership of their work, stays calm under pressure, and understands how critical attention to detail is.

LeeAnn began her career in the title industry in 1996 and brings decades of experience rooted in professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Her commitment to caring for people, both clients and colleagues, shows in every transaction she handles.

Married since 1998, LeeAnn is a proud mother of eight, a devoted “Gammy” to six grandchildren, and a proud military mom. Compassion and service are at the heart of who she is, and we’re grateful for the steady presence and experience she brings.

Corinne brings a lifelong background in real estate, with experience in property management, mortgage loan underwriting, and 13 years as a Realtor on the beautiful island of Maui. Her career has led her into an exciting new chapter in the title and escrow industry, where her knowledge and attention to detail are a wonderful addition to our team.

After relocating to Cleveland, Tennessee in 2018 to be closer to family, Corinne recently joined us and is excited to begin this new chapter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains—hiking to waterfalls and watching rafters navigate the rapids of the Ocoee River.

Welcome to BHK, Lisa!

Lisa brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to service to the team. A Chickamauga, Georgia native, she attended Dalton State College where she studied Criminal Justice before beginning her title career in 1985. Throughout her career, Lisa and her husband have remained active in the real estate industry through new construction projects and investment properties, while also faithfully serving in ministry for more than 35 years. She is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee and brings a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process from multiple perspectives—title, agent, investor, and community leader.

Outside of work, you can often find Lisa in the kitchen perfecting recipes or enjoying time on the golf course. She and her husband are proud parents of three children and grandparents to five. Her depth of knowledge, servant-hearted approach, and lifelong dedication to real estate make her a valued member of BHK. ⭐️
