Aaron P. Berg
Aaron P. Berg has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of personal injury clients and their families through jury verdicts and settlements. Mr. Berg concentrates his practice in the areas of serious personal injury and wrongful death caused by truck, motorcycle and automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction accidents, premises liability and work related injuries.



In addition to his extensive trial experience, Mr. Berg has successfully represented clients in the court of appeals and arguing before the Ohio Supreme Court. Additionally, Mr. Berg has served on arbitration panels concerning a variety of topics involving civil litigation.

Mr. Berg received his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University. He is licensed to practice in all Courts of Ohio including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
