aequum announces the launch of a new website -- KnowtheNoSurprisesAct.com -- dedicated to keeping you updated on the latest information about the No Surprises Act. The No Surprises Act was passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act and purports to protect patients from balance billing by certain providers. We will be monitoring all aspects of this legislation as the year progresses and the key provisions go into effect on January 1, 2022.
