Announcement: We are still here & still fighting for each and everyone of you- although to be honest- we are doing it mostly remotely while trying to respect social distancing.

Our policy to give you effective and zealous representation in this time has not changed & much can be done over the internet or by phone.

That being said: our policies regarding payments have also not changed. We operate on a FLAT fee or hourly basis. We do not and are not permitted to operate on a contingency basis. So please, do not call and ask us to do work to your loved one out of jail, telling us you'll pay us upon success, or asking if you'll get a refund if we are unsuccessful- with all respect, that had never been, and will never be our policy.
