Some days in real estate don’t fit in a neat little box… and today was one of them 💛

Started the morning with a last-minute seller consultation in Hixson, made a quick stop to drop off flowers to past clients who have truly become friends, then back to the office for paperwork…

And spent the entire afternoon “egging” homes all across Bradley County 🐣

It’s full days, long drives, and a lot of moving pieces…

Who here remembers Hubba Bubba from their childhood? Some dear friends and clients of mine, The Smiths, took me back to my teenage years with this little gift on closing day 😊

This was my third closing with the Smith family. It happened to be a dry closing due to the buyers using a bridge loan. There may not have been a commission from this closing but Mr. Smith grabbing me some Hubba Bubba gum when he flew back into town was the sweetest thing.

This deal had its challenges…the first contract fell through after being under contract for a few months because the buyer’s house did not sell…pretty common in the current market. So, we went back on the market to eventually find another buyer. The Smiths were patient and trusting of my expertise through the whole process, and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Although this closing was bittersweet for the Smiths because they truly loved this home, it’s time for them to start their next chapter. And I can’t wait to see what that holds!

Selfishly, I hope it includes a fourth transaction together because that means you’ll be staying here in Cleveland (and maybe more Hubba Bubba gum!) ❤️
