🏠 WHAT DO PEOPLE REALLY HATE ABOUT REALTORS? 😬
We’re putting ourselves in the hot seat on Real Estate Today with The Richardson Group.
Today, we’re talking about the complaints people have about Realtors—and we’re not spending the show making excuses for them.
📱 Why won’t my Realtor call me back?
🤨 Is my agent advising me—or pressuring me to close?
💰 What exactly am I paying a Realtor for?
🏡 In a world where I can find houses, prices and market information on my phone, do I really need an agent?
And maybe the biggest question:
Are Realtors actually worth what they get paid?
The internet has made real estate information easier to find—but it hasn’t necessarily made real estate decisions easier.
A great Realtor shouldn’t just unlock doors, put a sign in the yard or carry messages between buyer and seller. Their value should come from knowing the market, understanding contracts, recognizing potential problems, negotiating strategically, communicating clearly and sometimes being willing to tell a client:
“I don’t think you should do this.”
Even when that advice could cost the Realtor a commission.
🎙️ We want YOU involved in this one.

👇 What is your biggest complaint about Realtors?
Bad communication? Too pushy? Disappeared after getting the listing? Didn’t explain anything? Felt like they cared more about the commission than you?
Or maybe you had a Realtor who completely changed your opinion of the profession.
🔥 No softballs today. Let’s talk about it.
