Hello friends, I have updates to share with you today regarding Jeff Nally Jr.
When Nally was paroled in December of 2019, he moved to Columbiana County, Ohio. Just two months out of prison, he was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after breaking his mother's arm. He spent some time in country waiting for his case to come up. When it did, he pled guilty to avoid a jury trial, and went before a judge that took the time he spent in county into consideration. He only had to serve one additional day! I reported on this here at the time.
WV victim services reported that he re-entered the WV state prison system again on September 23, 2022 on a parole violation. Although I was hopeful this would mean he would have to serve out the remainder of his 45 year sentence, that was not the case. He was released again on December 30, 2024 after having served 26 months. He went back to E.Liverpool, Ohio, to live with his grandmother.
In September, 2025, He was arrested on a domestic violence charge in New Castle, PA after having severely beaten his current girlfriend. On December 11, 2025, I was notified that he has been remanded to the WV prison system yet again. He has been sentenced to seven years. I do not know at this time when he will be up for parole.
If you want him to serve the whole 7 years, You can write to the WV parole board and ask that his parole, whenever it may be, be offset because of his continued violent behavior. Be polite in your letter. (incidentally, prisoners do not see the letters written to the parole board.)
