We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to avoid the spread, in addition to "virtual meetings" we are now are scheduling "in office" appointments in a manner which we feel will comply with the CDC, OSHA and Ohio Bar Association recommendations to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

Please prepare to arrive for your appointment on time. Please call the office before leaving your car.

Upon arriving at the office you will be asked to knock on the door.

Please wear a face covering over your nose and mouth. Hand sanitizer will be available for you immediately upon entering.

Your temperature will be taken. A series of screening questions will be reviewed with you.

We are requesting that clients enter the office unaccompanied. For those minors that need a guardian, only one family member.

We will be scheduling appointments in a manner that promotes social distancing and allows for disinfecting of all areas.

Please be patient as we all try to figure out this new normal.
