Two years ago, this buyer reached out to me with one goal: becoming a homeowner.

At the time, we both knew it wasn’t the right season. Instead of forcing the process, we created a game plan. We worked on the things that needed to be improved, stayed consistent, and checked in along the way.

Fast forward… that plan became reality. 🏡✨

Not only did we secure an amazing investment property, but we also negotiated:
✔️ Full closing costs paid
✔️ All repairs completed
✔️ An additional $1,500 back to my buyer at closing
✔️ A 5.5% interest rate

This is why I always tell people: if you’re not ready today, that doesn’t mean you won’t be ready tomorrow. Sometimes all you need is the right plan and someone willing to walk the journey with you.
