Sometimes a conversation with a complete stranger can remind you why you do what you do.

After a discussion about AI, real estate, and the future of our industry, Chris sent me this message:

“The profession is better because people like you refuse to accept good enough.”

Those words meant a lot because my passion has always been helping Realtors grow, adapt, and embrace the changes that will make them better professionals. The market we’re in today didn’t happen overnight.

In 2020, we saw historically low interest rates and government-backed stimulus through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac—designed to keep money moving during shutdowns.

That moment reshaped everything.

Now we’re starting to see the next phase.
