If a court finds that the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) did not establish probable cause to remove a child from their current placement, the court must order the child to be returned to that placement. This is outlined in Chapter 39, Section 522(7)(b)

(b) If the court finds that the department did not establish probable cause to support the removal of the child from his or her current placement, the court must enter an order that the child be returned to such placement. An order by the court to return the child to his or her current placement does not preclude a party from filing a subsequent motion pursuant to subsection (2)

Florida Statute 839.13, Chapter 839, Section 13, of the 2012 Florida Statutes, states that falsifying records is a misdemeanor of the first degree. This includes altering, corrupting, or falsifying any record, document, or process filed in a court or public office. It also includes falsifying any minutes, books, or proceedings belonging to a public office.
Other Florida statutes that relate to falsifying records include:
838.022
Official misconduct. This statute makes it illegal for public servants or contractors to falsify official records or documents to obtain benefits or cause harm to others.

This is on the City of Clearwater website. Chapter 15 safeguard pedestrian protection and barricades. This is law and a OSHA requirement.. However, however the City of Clearwater violates Chapter 15 Safe Guard for Pedestrian Protection and Barricades showing in the photos below. The City of Seminole shows that they are in compliance with chapter 15 safeguard for The Pedestrian protection with barricades in the picture below with the proper Tape and barricades.
