Not every home purchase starts with a listing.
These buyers found a house that was never on the market — sold directly by the owners, with no agent on the other side of the table.
The first thing we told them was that they didn't have to hire us. A For Sale By Owner purchase can be done through a title company or a real estate attorney, and we said so plainly. But they knew a title company and real estate attorney would only cover the legal documents. Neither one is making recommendations for services, act as a buffer between the parties for negotiations, making sure we are on track for deadlines, walking the property with you, or picking up the phone at 8pm when something feels off.
That's the gap they wanted covered. So we covered it.
We worked directly with the sellers, kept every party on the same timeline, tracked the deadlines, and made sure each step was documented the way it needed to be.
They got the house. They also got to actually enjoyed getting it, instead of constantly worrying if they missed anything.
