Property Damage Pros does one thing: we establish what a vehicle is worth after an accident and make sure the insurance carrier's number matches. Our appraisers are certified (BCAA, reports written to USPAP). Our attorneys are in-house. Same office, same file, since 1996.

What we handle:
• Diminished value — your car was repaired, but the accident is on the history report and it is worth less. In Utah that is claimed from the at-fault driver's carrier, and you have four years from the crash (Utah Code 78B-2-307(3)).
• Total loss — the carrier's valuation is an offer, not a verdict. We rebuild it from real Utah dealer and auction data, taxes and fees included.
• Loss of use — a rental or loss-of-use is owed while the car is down or until a reasonable total-loss offer is made.

For a free review, send us three things: the repair estimate or the total-loss valuation report, a few photos of the car, and the claim number with the adjuster's contact. You will hear back from an appraiser, not a call center, with a straight answer — including when the offer is fair.

But instead of measuring that real market loss, many insurance companies rely on the 17c formula—a worksheet that can dramatically shrink what they pay.
