It’s National Cookie Day! 🍪

If closings were cookies… which one would describe your most recent one?

Sugar Cookie – Dependable, organized, and simple. Everything went smoothly, all parties stayed on track, and funding hit right on time.

Chocolate Chip – A classic and crowd-pleaser. A few bumps along the way, but overall a sweet and satisfying close that leaves everyone smiling.

Here are a few festive ideas to keep in touch (without adding stress to your plate):

Santa’s Helper Survival Kits: Mini stockings filled with coffee gift cards, chocolates, or tea. A sweet way to say, “Thanks for fueling my business this year!”

“Light Up the Season” Candles: A festive candle with a note, “Your referrals keep me glowing—thank you for lighting up my year!”

Here are a few fun twists:

✨ Gratitude Jars – drop off a mason jar with slips of paper and pens, encouraging families to write what they’re thankful for all week. Add your card with a “Grateful for YOU” tagline.
