Deadlines sneak up fast — and in real estate, “I thought we had more time” can get expensive.

Due diligence dates, inspections, appraisal, financing milestones, attorney coordination, final walkthroughs, closing prep… there are a lot of moving pieces, and every one of them matters.

That’s why I track the timeline from day one — not the day before something is due.

A good TC helps make sure deadlines don’t become emergencies, clients aren’t left wondering what’s next, and agents aren’t scrambling to put out fires they never should’ve had to manage in the first place.
