Our Story

Padovano & Zillioux is a service oriented law firm, located in downtown Clayton, North Carolina. Kristen Zillioux, a long-time resident of Clayton, expanded the firm's presence to Johnston County in 2007, after opening offices in Cary and Raleigh. Robert Padovano practices in the areas of Criminal Defense and Traffic/Motor Vehicle Law, with 26 years of experience. Kristen Zillioux focuses her practice in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law, with 23 years of experience. As of October 2018, we have moved from our offices in the Clayton Cotton Mill to our new home at 111 Barbour Street, Clayton, NC. We are located across Second Street from the Clayton Police Department, and have plenty of parking in our lot.
