If you have a court appearance scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026, please take note of the following changes:

Criminal & Traffic (General Sessions)
Jan 26th Docket: Reset to March 16, 2026.
Time: Same time as your original appointment.

Circuit Criminal (Trial Status)
New status dates are as follows:
Judge Bateman: Feb 2, 2026
Judge Travis: Feb 4, 2026
Judge Goodman: Feb 12, 2026

Civil Cases:
General Sessions: All cases have already been reset.

Circuit Civil: Your attorney is responsible for resetting these dates; please contact them directly.

Juvenile Cases:
Please contact your Attorney or Youth Service Officer to find out your new court date.

Jury Duty:
NO JURORS need to report on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Happy New Years all! Just a quick FYI our Office will be relocating to Strawberry Alley at the beginning of year! The new address will be 109 Strawberry Alley, Clarksville TN 37040! First month or two we will be doing renovations but the doors will be open!
