CALLING ALL PARENTS of FULL-TIME Middle and High School Students....I am trying to help someone with a remodel and need YOUR IMPUT😊
Where do your students study when at home?
A) A homework work station?
B) A desk in their room?
C) Kitchen/Dining Room table?

Bonus question: Do you allow them to have a computer/phone in their room for homework? This came to me as I typed all this out...I am OLD and we did not have computers when I was in middle and high school....YES...THAT OLD....LOL

Well I have still been an undercover Realtor...I was able to help 3 families...

I had a family's listing hit the market and under contract in 2 days...and closed less than 30 days....at LIST PRICE

Paint can bring a house together!!!

This was a log home kit house and it was dark and dated inside. By painting the inside white it tied all the surfaces together and let the ceiling shine!

Also By painting the garage all the same color it lets your eye flow and you can focus on the items that you put in your garage.

We hired a professional painter and I learned that in order for the paint to look and have the Best finish he needed to use the same color but different types.

One for the logs, one for the bricks, and one for the drywall...
3 Different types of paint but the same color...
Giving the home a cleaner look.

Let's talk about wetness on the walls of a basement.

Sometimes it is due to a "Negative Grade" where the soil is sloped towards the house. Water will run towards the house and travel down the wall of the basement.

That is what was happening here. We had an earthworks company come out and regrade the ground and create a new HVAC pad. That simple fix solved the problem!
