At 4 Rent Properties, we’re all about teamwork, communication, and staying proactive—and we’re looking for someone who brings that same energy to our team!

This role is perfect for someone with property management experience who enjoys a mix of being in the field and staying organized behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in keeping our properties running smoothly while working closely with tenants, owners, vendors, and our team.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Conduct and coordinate property inspections (annual, move-in, follow-ups)
• Schedule appointments and communicate with tenants & owners
• Document maintenance needs, lease violations, and safety concerns
• Coordinate repair quotes and follow up on completed work
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio
• Assist with lockboxes, yard signs, and general operations support
• Participate in a light on-call rotation

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of property management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experience with AppFolio is a plus
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
