You know what I love most about this house?
It has character.
So many newer homes end up looking exactly the same, but this one has tall ceilings, tons of natural light, clean modern finishes, and a layout that just feels good the second you walk in.
Add in the downtown views from the balcony, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the location... and it's a pretty easy one to fall in love with.
If you've been looking for a place to rent in Nashville, this one is definitely worth seeing.
