At Lake Title and Escrow we truly value the trust and commitment our clients, partners, and community have shown us over time. Your continued support means everything to our team, and we’re grateful to be part of your real estate journeys.

We’re also excited to share an updated look at our office and introduce the newest member of our team, Alyson Elliott! She has joined us as our Client Services Coordinator, and we’re so glad to have her helping us continue to provide the service you deserve.

Today, we pause to remember. 🇺🇸

On this Memorial Day, We are reflecting on the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, honor, and selflessness are the reason we live in freedom today.

To the families who carry the weight of their absence every day—thank you. Your loved ones are not forgotten. We honor their memory with gratitude that words can hardly express.

Let us not take this day lightly. Between the barbecues and gatherings, may we each take a quiet moment to remember what this day truly means.

🧡💛Meet Beth Slabach: Settlement Officer Bringing Lake Title and Escrow’s Legacy to Halifax County💛🧡

Beth Slabach is the Settlement Officer at Lake Title & Escrow, proudly serving as part of the first title company in Halifax County. In October 2024, she and her team opened their office in Halifax, continuing their commitment to ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions. While Lake Title and Escrow handles closings across the entire state of Virginia, they primarily focus on Halifax, Mecklenburg, Charlotte, Lunenburg, and Pittsylvania Counties. Beth plays a key role in verifying property titles, resolving any discrepancies, and guiding clients through the closing process, always aiming to provide peace of mind to homebuyers, sellers, and lenders.
Beth’s journey in real estate began in 2019, and in 2023, she joined Lake Title and Escrow in Clarksville, working alongside Kimberly Fuller, Owner and Title Agent. Since opening the Halifax County office in 2024, they’ve been blessed by the abundance of support received from the communities of Halifax County, and Beth is excited to be part of this legacy while providing expert support to her local community.

💙Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters. She loves thrifting, attending local theater performances, watching Dixie ball games, and spending time at the local speedway with family and friends.

💙Riverdale Dairy Dell is a favorite local spot, where she’s always ready for a delicious treat of their famous ice cream.
