As some of you already know, I recently have accepted a new position as a Post Closing Specialist with LPT Realty and am now entering into my second official week in this role! I hadn’t made any official announcements concerning Rye just yet, but I have decided to close up shop and focus on my new full-time position. When I set out to start Rye, I really only had one goal I mind. I wasn’t being valued in my position prior to Rye and I saw an opportunity to break out onto my own and achieve flexibility to work remotely and receive a pay increase. Almost immediately I was overwhelmed by the support I received from agents, most of which I didn’t really work with prior to starting Rye. I have been successful in running the business and I have learned so much as a result, but found that marketing myself, networking, and other business owner take were just duties I did not love. Coupled with just a generally slower market I decided to look for opportunities. My new position represents upward movement for myself, and I will still be in real estate but more onto the compliance side of things where I thrive.

To all of those who supported me when I wasn’t sure anyone would, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making that leap mean so much. I have no idea what the future holds, so maybe one day down the line Rye will be revived but for now I am settling nicely into a remote role I enjoy.

Today marks something special! It has officially been 1 whole year of Rye Transactions! I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to all of my agents, without your support when I needed it and continually I would have never made it this far! I can not thank you all enough for giving this socially awkward homebody the ability to create a the work from home environment that's been a lifelong dream. Here's to the next year! 🥳

The growth I have seen in downtown Clarksville since moving here just a few years ago in 2019 is crazy! So excited for our community and this upcoming addition! With all the new restaurants that have opened, businesses that have opened or relocated, the soon-to-open F&M Arena, the Riverview Square entertainment district and the downtown commons, downtown's future has never looked so bright!

Clarksville residential and commercial real estate company Millan Enterprises announced plans for a large mixed-use development in downtown.

Mr. Tyler Brogan fosters a spirit of adventure with his 7th-grade students. As a reading and language arts teacher at CMCSS K-12 Virtual School, he opens up a world of possibilities for students.

"Seeing my students engage and find adventure in a text brings me the most joy on a daily basis. I think reading for fun and adventure can be hard for the average middle schooler because it’s a tricky age where reading is often overlooked in favor of technology.
