My thanks to KTVB in Boise for doing a good job trying to present both sides. Good reporting deserves to be acknowledged and these guys did a good job covering the case of the Department of Justice v City of Troy. I represent the City.

The DOJ sues Troy, Idaho, for allegedly discriminating against Christ Church's bid to establish a worship space.

Facing off against the United States DOJ. Unfortunately, the facts claimed by the feds are simply wrong; I suspect this will be a fight. The town and the people of Troy are being unfairly and dishonestly characterized as fighting against a church, when what they ARE doing is trying to preserve a TWO BLOCK business district that is to be a "turn of the century" walking business/commercial center for the town. The rest of the City is open and welcoming to any church.

A small Latah County town violated a federal religious liberty law when it denied a conditional use permit application from Moscow, Idaho-based Christ Church, according to a U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

Good News! The US Supreme Court is considering a stay to protect doctors!! This is a good win for our case!

An admittedly "long shot" effort to convince Thomas to overrule his colleague on the bench has panned out and managed to keep the case alive, for now at least, with the nation's high court.
