Willie Hopson, Jr., 72, of Lyon, Mississippi, died August 6, 2019, in critical care at the Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, August 9, 2019, at King's Temple Missionary Baptist Church located at 1402 Lyon Ave, in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at The Pinnacle on the campus of Coahoma Community College. Burial to follow at Pawpaw Cemetery located on Highway 6, east of Lyon, Mississippi.

Update: Repast at The Gallery on the campus of Coahoma Community College.
