YOU’VE HEARD “BUYER BEWARE” but I’m here to warn you about “Seller BEWARE”! Do NOT SIGN WITH A “WE Buy ANY HOUSE” ads, calls, posts, emails or in person visits before you let an ATTORNEY read it! The “buyers” are using some VERY SHADY LANGUAGE & are essentially preying on older, vulnerable individuals. Call my office, we are reasonably priced and we know what to look for!

For the love of all that is legal, please please DO NOT rely solely on generated AI content for legal purposes. I’ve dealt with some serious issues this week with proposed contracts, huge deals that could get really expensive, and simple family plans that could be very difficult to manage in the future, all done by AI and all with very serious problems that a judge would never consider proper under Tennessee law and all done by AI by people with no legal experience!

Your attorney may use AI for some things, researching cases is now much faster but we also know when NOT to use AI.

CALL AN ATTORNEY WHEN YOU NEED A LEGAL DOCUMENT DRAFTED! Most documents are not terribly expensive and a few hundred dollars is worth saving a few hundred thousand dollars and your time & anguish later on.

The mark of the modern lawyer is not the ability to use AI, but the wisdom to know when the tool could do more bad than good.
