Attorney Karen vomLehn Anderson grew up in North Carolina and holds a bachelor of arts in English and Communications and a master's in communications from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles with a Juris Doctor in June 1977, was admitted to the California Bar in December 1977, and opened her law office the following year. In 1985, she was certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Attorney Anderson has been serving as a volunteer Mediator for the Family Law Courts in the San Gabriel Valley since 1985 and has been serving as a children's advocate since 1990. She is a member and past president of the East West Family Law Council. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Collaborative Divorce Professionals of the Inland Empire (CDPIE.com).
