The past few months have stretched me in challenging, beautiful, and expansive ways.

This is The Grounding Moment from this month’s edition of my newsletter, The Homefront, and it couldn’t feel more personal right now.

So much is shifting: work, home, relationships, family dynamics. Not in a breaking-down kind of way, but in a breaking-through kind of way. A season of becoming. Of rooting deeper. Of trusting what’s unfolding, even when the full picture hasn’t revealed itself yet.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve made time to breathe; to be still. To let the river do what it does best: carry things away, polish the edges, remind me to flow.
