Helped some really nice folks go pending this week on a great home on a nice piece of land in Corbett with amazing views overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The home has needed someone to show it some love and they're ready to roll up their sleeves and make their vision for it a reality. This one took some back and forth negotiating and had to beat out another strong buyer, but I built a good rapport with the list agent advocating for my clients and in the end, they decided to work with us.

Negotiated a great deal on this listing after being not long on market. Able to get the sellers down on their price a little after discovering their needs and crafting an offer that benefits both sides.
