10 years!! Feels like only yesterday I got my license and took the leap from the security of my Verizon Wireless checks to take a chance on this career. Helped some really nice folks go pending this week on a great home on a nice piece of land in Corbett with amazing views overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The home has needed someone to show it some love and they're ready to roll up their sleeves and make their vision for it a reality. This one took some back and forth negotiating and had to beat out another strong buyer, but I built a good rapport with the list agent advocating for my clients and in the end, they decided to work with us.
