BUT the homeowner can also be building equity on a much more valuable asset.

That’s the part I want buyers to understand:

Buying a home isn’t just about today’s payment.
It’s also about what you’re buying, what you owe, and what you may own later.

Honest question for Realtors… 🤔

How do you feel when someone reaches out, says hi, or suddenly shows interest in you, but their primary intention is to recruit you?

Do you see it as networking, or do you prefer building genuine relationships before discussing professional opportunities? 👀

First of all, I was shocked that I passed the Kentucky real estate exam! It’s harder than the Ohio one, if you ask me. 😅🏡

Anyways, after I passed, they gave me papers and instructions, but I was so happy and excited, like a dog seeing its owner 🐕, that I have no idea what they told me! 🤣

I sat in my car telling myself, “My goodness, I’m smarter than I thought!” (While taking the exam, I was convinced I wasn’t going to pass!)

Then I called MY BROKER to share the news. I hung up, remembered I needed to tell her something else, called again, hung up, and then remembered I forgot to ask her for something else! 🤦🏻‍♀️😬

How embarrassing! Calling three times within minutes! But I was nervously happy.

I’m just now having my delayed reaction! 😂 I just realized MY BROKER ANSWERED the phone every single time I called!

I know it might be a bit too early to praise RED 1 Realty so openly, but Heather answered the phone three times in a row and helped process my documents! 🤯❤️

And Evan, one of the managing brokers, has been consistently helpful, so I’m not surprised! 🙌🏼

I have a good feeling about this. I think I’m going to do great, and my business will flourish! 🙏🏼💜🏡

My cap is $4,800, which means that after 1–2 transactions, I’m at 100% for the entire year! 🤯🏡

I don’t pay a monthly fee, and ALL software and systems are free, including Dotloop. 🤗

And if you’re wondering… 👀 After capping, I pay $0 in brokerage splits per transaction.
