Volunteers Needed for the Chicago Bar Association’s
Wills for Heroes Program on November 18, 2017

DATE: Saturday, November 18, 2017
TIME: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (approximately)
HotDocs document automation software training begins at 8:30 a.m. and will last until approximately 9:00 a.m. The first client appointments are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m., and will continue every half hour thereafter until 12:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Chicago Police Headquarters (3510 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60653)
DRESS CODE: None. Feel free to dress comfortably.

In 2008 Congress commissioned a study. What did they find? Roughly 120 Million Americans either have no, or have an incomplete estate plan. There are 325 Million people in the United States. That means that 1 in 3 people either have an incomplete estate plan or none at all. You could literally stand on a busy street corner, throw a rock, and have good odds of hitting someone who hasn't done estate planning. And you probably stand a good chance of hitting another on the ricochet.

Failing to plan for the future can have horrible consequences, and lead to your loved ones spending months in court and thousands of dollars.

Make plans now, and you could save your family a great deal of hardship in the future.
