This is the bottom side of the Air Conditioner's evaporator coils. You can't see the coils, but you can see accumulated dirt caused by not changing the filter. Dirty evaporator coils cause the cooling system many problems to include an uncomfortable home.

During a chimney inspection, I found roof rafters in need of repair. Rafters deflecting and dislodged are a structural concern. Also, the chimney had fire bricks installed incorrectly. How this home never burnt down is definitely done by the grace of God.
