EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The Law Office is looking to add a team member. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities will include:
*making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
* coordinating appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
* drafting documents and letters using properly licensed templates
*managing legal documentation and communication in strict confidence
* corresponding with counsel, court, and clients
Requirements: Experience as a receptionist/secretary, familiarity with MS Office, familiarity with Google Drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision, highly organized and detail-oriented. The work week is Monday through Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.
