أشياء لازم تعرفها قبل ما تروح تشوف أي بيت

1. احصل على موافقة مبدئية من البنك أولًا.
حتى تعرف ميزانيتك الحقيقية قبل تبدأ البحث.

2. اعرف الدفعة الشهرية المناسبة لك.
لا تركز على سعر البيت فقط، ركز على القسط الشهري اللي يناسب ميزانيتك.

3. لا تحكم على البيت من الأثاث أو الديكور.
ركز على تصميم البيت، المساحات، وحالته الفعلية.

4. اسأل عن كل التكاليف الشهرية.
مثل الضرائب، التأمين، رسوم الـ HOA، وإذا كانت المنطقة فيها Mello-Roos.

5. دقق بحالة البيت.
انتبه لأي تشققات، آثار رطوبة، عمر السقف، المكيف، وسخان الماء.
