Today we had the most amazing result for a client. B.C. was granted probation this morning after facing a 13 year prison sentence. As a result of my office's hard work with local and out of county mental health offices, we showed the court this young man struggled with mental health issues and they were a substantial contributing factor in this incident. He was granted an opportunity and I am confident he will succeed.

Today was a successful win for my client. He was involved in an unfortunate accident and arrested for DUI. The DA charged him with a felony because the other driver was inured. The DA wanted him to do significant custody time in jail and I was able to resolve the case with probation and home arrest.
