Chicago Bar Association Wellness and Mindfulness Committees The Chicago Bar Association Wellness and Mindfulness Committees work to provide attorneys with infor at the CBA.

The CBA Mindfulness and the Law Committee examines two questions: 1) what exactly is mindfulness, and 2) how can a mindfulness practice help lawyers. The committee will meet on the fourth Friday of each month at 12:15 p.m. Members can join the committee to receive notice of monthly meetings at www.chicagobar.org/committees.
