Nolan Law Group filed seven lawsuits on behalf of passengers injured during the terrifying inflight event aboard United Airlines Flight 613.

According to the NTSB's investigation, the incident was precipitated by failures in the aircraft's flight control system, resulting in repeated altitude excursions of more than 600 feet while the flight was en route from Lagos, Nigeria to Washington, D.C. During the event, meal service was underway, and numerous passengers and crew sustained injuries.
