Wagenmaker & Oberly is thrilled to announce that senior associate attorney Jonathan Hwang has been promoted to a partner of Wagenmaker & Oberly as of January 1, 2021, joining Sally Wagenmaker, Ryan Oberly, and Paul Winters. Jonathan came to W&O’s Chicago office in March 2017, after working for four and a half years at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office (Chicago) and graduating from Notre Dame Law School and Princeton University. In 2018, Jonathan and his family relocated to the firm’s office in Charleston, SC.
Focusing on W&O’s corporate, international, and technology and data privacy practice groups, Jonathan serves our law firm’s clients with excellence, passion, and dedication. In addition to serving our clients with excellence, Jonathan has a passion for advancing legal project management through technology and continuous improvement. He has been instrumental in building and implementing enhanced project management and workflow systems as our law firm continues to grow.
