One of the biggest conversations in real estate right now has nothing to do with interest rates or inventory.
It’s about how homes are marketed and who gets to decide. If you’ve been following industry news lately, you’ve probably seen the discussions around private listing networks, listing distribution, and the role of major real estate platforms.
As with most things in real estate, there isn’t a simple answer. What I do know is that every seller’s situation is different. Some want the broadest possible exposure from day one. Others may prioritize privacy, timing, or a more strategic rollout.
My role is to help clients understand their options, navigate a constantly evolving market, and make the decision that best aligns with their goals.
