Embracing Resilience: This Is What We Signed Up For

Watching this Simon Sinek clip hit close to home, evoking those moments of overwhelm I occasionally grapple with that paralyzing urge to do nothing, hoping it will figure itself out.

In particular, it mirrored an encounter I recently had with a seasoned family patriarch during a consultation. He had poured decades into building a thriving family enterprise. Yet, he kept delaying legacy planning as the complexities mounted.

But as we talked, the conversation sparked a reminder of WHY he started in the first place. He realized that just because it felt hard was no excuse, "This is what we signed up for."
