For Buyers: Interest rates dropped slightly from the recent highs, but still above what buyers have gotten accustomed to over the past 2-years. Renting is not a sure-fire solution with monthly rates exponentially increasing. For Sellers: Over-Ask & Multiple offers have dramatically decreased due to uncertainty, while more home sellers come on the market late in the season. An increase of market time is expected. However, home inventory is still quite low overall, keeping demand strong.
