*Beermann* Partners Joseph R. Napoli II and Matthew D. Elster successfully prevail on appeal.

Case Overview: The client sought Joseph R. Napoli II for her dissolution of marriage proceedings. However, opposing counsel challenged Napoli’s and Beermann LLP’s ability to represent her interests, which the trial court affirmed.

Napoli and Elster appealed, and later the Frist District Appellate Court reversed the trial court’s decision, reinstating Napoli and Beermann LLP as the client’s legal representatives.
