Our firm has been retained to represent the legal interests of a bicyclist, who was injured on October 17, 2012, in a dooring accident on Adams Street in downtown Chicago. The injured party was traveling Westbound when a passenger opened a door from the middle of the through lane, striking the bicyclist.

Jeff recently lectured to a bar asssociation and it was the 130th time in his career he has given a speech to lawyers. On Friday, Jeff had his 65th article published in Friday's Chicago Law Bulletin.

Jeff Kroll will be speaking to the Kane County Public Defender's office on the topic of "Using Life Experiences to Persuade Juries." The speech will be on Friday, May 11, 2012.

Jeff Kroll and Heather Begley have reached a settlement in a motor vehicle lawsuit for $4.4 million dollars. The defendant driver of the vehicle was intoxicated and tested positive for co***ne. The brain injured plaintiff was a passenger and has permanent impairments and requires 24-hour support. Read more about the settlement on our blog:
